Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Klang Valley area.

How much is the delivery cost?

Delivery fees vary depending on the location and the delivery address.

How can I order?

Delivery Order: Website order need to be placed at least one day before. Same day delivery order can only be done via our Whatsapp. 

Same-day Orders : fulfilled directly from our shop in Setia Alam. Store opening times and stock available in the shop apply.

Delivery Method?

Standard Delivery: Delivery done by OB’s in-house runner (Car) from 2- 5 pm. Customer cannot choose their timing as the route will be arranged by the runner.

Premium Delivery: Delivery by Third-party service (Car) anytime after 10 am. Customer is allowed to choose their preferred time. (Please state your Preferred time in the note section before check out).

Flat Rate Delivery: Delivery by OB’s in-house runner (Car) from 2-5 pm. This applied to a certain area and day only. Customer need to select the same day stated or the order will be carry forward to the next following week of the same day.

Existing online order

Can I edit my order?

Unfortunately once the order has been processed you are unable to edit it. Please contact our customer service at 0o14-2158003 to edit your order. 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately once the order is accepted the order cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, you will be refunded in credit voucher (means you can youse them for next purchase).
